Indian builders lose roughly 15% of material spend, and almost none of it is stolen dramatically. It leaks one truck at a time, at the moment a human retypes a number from a carbon-copy challan into a register nobody reconciles.
The four-point chain closes that gap. Every consignment has four independent witnesses — the owner who ordered it, the vendor who dispatched it, the site that received it, and arithmetic that says how much the work should have consumed. Three of the four agreeing is not agreement.
This truck reached Gate 2 at 07:42. By 07:44 the invoice was held and the project director had been told why.
